Let Claude or ChatGPT search and read every business's mail. Read-only: it can't send.
One inbox for every business you run. Replies pick the right From address, every time. Folio is email hosting for founders and operators with more than one company: every domain you own in one reading view, each signed with its own DKIM key. Pricing is per account, never per seat. Solo is $2.99 a month billed annually for up to 3 domains, and your first domain and 100 sends are free, no card.

Folio is for the other case: three brands, five domains, one person keeping them straight.
Folio reads which address a message was sent to and answers from that same address — with that business's signature. No dropdown to forget.
Already on Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or Zoho? Folio starts in send-only mode, so your current mailbox keeps receiving while Folio sends from the same domain. On Cloudflare, Route 53 and GoDaddy, Folio publishes the records for you.
When Folio holds a message back, it tells you why: failed authentication, a lookalike domain, or a sender pretending to be a brand you know. One click puts it back if we got it wrong.
How Folio scores mailEvery domain you connect lands in the same list, color-coded so you can tell them apart at a glance.
Priced per operator, not per mailbox. Add a domain without adding a seat.

No. Your domains stay where they are. You add a few DNS records, and Folio checks each one as it goes live. On Cloudflare, Folio can publish them for you.
It matches the address the message was sent to. Mail to billing@larkledger.com is answered from billing@larkledger.com, with that business's signature. You can always change it before sending.
Export everything as standard .mbox files at any time and import them into any other mail provider.
No. The first 100 sends and the first domain are free, no card required. After that, every plan has a 14-day card-required trial that doesn't charge until the trial ends.
Gmail aliases are bolted onto a single-account inbox. Folio is built around multiple domains: each domain has its own color stripe, DKIM setup, and automatic reply From behavior.
Solo is $3.50 per month or $2.99 per month billed annually ($35.88/yr). Studio is $15 per month or $12 per month billed annually ($144/yr). Holding Co. is $39 per month or $29 per month billed annually ($348/yr) for operators who want onboarding and priority support. Plans scale by domains and monthly send volume — Solo includes 3 domains and 1,000 sends a month, Studio 10 domains and 6,000, Holding Co. unlimited domains and 30,000. Preview starts with one domain and 100 sends, no card.
Yes. Add any domain you control and the guided setup page connects it: Folio publishes the records for you on Cloudflare, Route 53 or GoDaddy, a Connect button approves them on hosts that have enabled Folio's Domain Connect template, and everywhere else you get a direct link to your DNS editor plus copy-paste records that the page checks live. Once the records are in, sending usually unlocks within minutes.
Yes. If your domain already has a mailbox at Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho or elsewhere, Folio starts in send-only mode: your inbox keeps receiving exactly as it does today, and Folio sends from the same domain with its own DKIM signature. You can move incoming mail to Folio later, or never.
Deliverability is the reason the product is built around per-domain DKIM, SPF, DMARC, Amazon SES outbound sending, and bounce handling. Folio checks each record live during setup, and the free deliverability audit shows what any domain still needs.
Yes — an inbox-side agenda. Invites land as readable cards with RSVP buttons (accept, decline, propose new time), recurring events expand from RRULE, conflicts flag before you accept, and your agenda is exposed as a subscribable iCal feed any calendar app can read. There is no in-product editor for organising your own meetings yet; you keep that workflow in your existing calendar.
Yes. Each domain gets its own RSA-2048 DKIM key, with the private half Fernet-encrypted at rest. The signature recipients verify belongs to the domain you are sending from, not a shared signer.
Folio is built by Yoni Ryabinski, the founder behind several small public products. He built it after living with the same portfolio-operator problem: too many domains, too many addresses, and too much risk of replying from the wrong identity.
You stop being charged. Email you have already received remains yours, and magic-link sign-in keeps working through the end of the paid period. Nothing is held hostage.
